Delivery

All orders will be shipped after credit card approval and order processing. This process takes two working days, at which time the order will be shipped.

Your order should then reach you:-
Within 5 working days of despatch to the UK
Within 7 working days of despatch to mainland Europe
Within 14 working days to U.S.A & worldwide.
Orders which require engraving will however take 28 days.

Lovespoon designs are normally in stock, unless otherwise stated. We will notify you by email if, for any reason, there is any delay.

Delivery is £ 4.99 for U.K & E.U or £ 6.99 for USA & Worldwide

Shipping to all International destinations is by Air Mail & by 1st Class Royal Mail to U.K.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 10 working days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 10 working days with the original packaging for a full refund.
